Senior Legislative Assistant – Maryland House Democrat

Member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee seeks a Senior Legislative Assistant to handle all issues before the Committee in addition to several non-committee issues.  Ideal candidate has an advanced degree with 3-5 years of Hill experience, excellent writing skills, solid analytical abilities, and strong political instincts.  This is not an entry-level position.  Please email cover letter, resume, two writing samples (maximum of two-pages each), and salary requirements to SrLAopening@gmail.com.  An on-site writing test will be required of all candidates.  Resumes accepted until COB on Friday, November 18.  No phone calls or drop bys, please.
