State Scheduling Assistant (Seattle office) – Washington State Senate Democrat

Democratic Senator seeks proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented person to work in her Seattle, WA office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining, managing and executing all aspects for Senator’s schedule for days in the state, including travel arrangements, logistics and advance briefing materials; working closely with the State Director and the Director of State Outreach to organize and respond to requests for the Senator’s time within the state; maintaining key databases of confidential information; and executing special projects as needed. Ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 year administrative experience, excellent writing, communication, and driving skills, and the ability to think and react quickly to changing situations. Extended hours expected when Senator is in the state.
