Scheduling Assistant – Senator Mark Warner (D-VA)

U.S. Senator Mark R. Warner seeks a well-organized Scheduling Assistant with sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills. Applicants must be able to prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks in a high pressure environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to think on their feet and be a problem solver, and takes initiative with minimal supervision. Duties include:  organizing and vetting incoming meeting requests and invitations; maintaining scheduling files; providing administrative support to the Chief of Staff and Legislative Director; and assisting with other duties as assigned.
