Scheduler/Office Manager – House Democrat

Democrat seeks candidate for Scheduler/Office Manager in the Washington office.  Responsibilities include:  handling the Congressperson’s DC schedule, travel arrangements, personal correspondence, submitting vouchers for payment, and the office budget.  Candidate will work closely with the Chief of Staff.  Successful candidates will have:  strong communication skills, political discretion, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and good writing ability.  This is not considered an entry-level position and is not a 9 to 6 job so flexibility and time management a plus.
Successful candidates for an interview MUST submit the following:  resume, cover letter, salary requirements and salary history to OMS@mail.house.gov   Drop ins or phone calls are disqualifiers.
