Scheduler/Office Manager – Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins (R-KS)

Kansas Republican Member is seeking a scheduler/office manager to serve in the Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will be highly-organized, a proven multi-tasker, detail-orientated, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work creatively and quickly, and a problem solver. The successful applicant will manage the Member’s DC and district schedule. Responsibilities include organizing and tracking invitations, meetings, Committee schedules, speaking engagements, Member travel arrangements, and managing the overall day to day schedule. Prior scheduling experience strongly preferred, but not required. If candidate has Kansas ties, please note this in email and cover letter.
