Scheduler/Executive Assistant – House Democrat

Democratic House Member seeks an organized, detail oriented, energetic and proactive Scheduler.  Duties include developing and managing the Member’s daily schedule and travel arrangements; managing Member’s files/related records; organizing Member’s daily briefing   materials; and working closely with Chief of Staff and District Director in ensuring smooth office operations, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must have superior organizational skills, strong written and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, savvy political   instincts, poise and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task, patience and sense of humor.  Previous scheduling and/or Capitol Hill experience is highly desirable.
