Senator Casey seeks a dynamic, experienced media relations professional to serve as the Press Secretary in a busy press office. This individual will work with the Communications Director to implement big-picture media strategy. The ideal candidate will have: established relationships with traditional print and broadcast media, as well as familiarity with new media strategies; on-the-record experience; excellent writing, editing and time management skills; and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on press opportunities. A successful candidate will also have a demonstrated track record of multi-tasking and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment. Senate experience preferred. Pennsylvania ties a plus.
