Midwestern Republican seeks Legislative Director with 3-5 years of Hill experience to manage team of five legislative staff and advance aggressive agenda across a variety of issues.  Experience in Financial Services strongly preferred.  Candidate should have a proven record of mentoring and training less experienced staff, implementing legislative initiatives with bipartisan advocacy coalitions, managing an efficient mail program, and strong writing, analytical, and teambuilding skills.
