Northern California Democrat is now accepting applications for a full-time fellowship position to run through the end of the year. This position entails covering a wide range of issues and special projects that are important to the Congresswoman, some of which fall outside her Committee’s jurisdiction. In particular, the following issues represent the Congresswoman’s highest priorities in this portfolio including campaign finance, housing and foreclosure, and Iraq and religious freedom. Flexibility, writing skills and generalized “quick study” skills will be more important than issue-area expertise. A sense of humor will also be important.
