Fall Interns – New Hampshire House Republican
Congressman Frank Guinta (NH-01) would like to provide interested students the opportunity to apply for an internship position in his Washington D.C. Office.
Being an intern on Capitol Hill provides college students with a unique opportunity to see the legislative process up close and learn how the government works. Our office is currently accepting applications for the Fall of 2012.
As an intern in Congressman Guinta’s Washington DC Office, you will be an integral part of our office. An intern’s responsibilities may include:
Assisting with research
Assembling and inputting data
Drafting letters and responding to constituent mail
Answering and responding to constituent phone calls
Conducting Staff-led Capitol tours
Assisting with mailing assignments
Attending a variety of speakers, meetings, and hearings
Greeting constituents and visitors
Other projects are assigned according to interest
