Correspondence and Database Manager – Senate Office

The Correspondence and Database Manager is responsible for maintaining the Constituent Management System (CMS) for the office. This position monitors and manages the system processes related to the CMS and other related technology in the office. The Correspondence and Database Manager has a role in the correspondence and outreach processes. Responsibilities include: serving as a liaison to our CMS vendor for any questions, problems, or projects relating to our CMS; serving as a point of contact for any 3rd party group facilitating constituent correspondence; create and run reports on incoming and outgoing correspondence; creating and running custom searches in database; cleaning and importing constituent lists; implementing a comprehensive strategy to review and correct errors in database; creating and managing user accounts in CMS and trains staff in its use. Familiarity with CMS systems, particularly Symplicity Voice, preferred.
