Fall Interns – Congressman Tom Graves (R-GA)
Office seeks conservative, hard-working, and energetic interns who can commit to full or part time fall 2012 internships. College students or recent graduates interested in learning more about government while also taking an active role serving the constituents of Georgia’s 9th District are invited to apply. Interns will have varied responsibilities including answering constituent phone calls, researching legislation for the Member and legislative staff, giving Capitol tours, attending hearings and briefings and answering constituent letters on various issues before the House. All conservative students are welcome to apply. Georgia ties are a plus. Interested applicants

Fall Interns – Congressman Tim Walberg (R-MI)
The office of Representative Tim Walberg (MI-07) is currently accepting applications for fall semester interns. The internship is unpaid but class credit can be accommodated. Daily tasks will include: answering phone calls, sorting mail, leading tours of the Capitol building, writing constituent letter responses, attending hearings and briefings for the legislative staff, and assisting the legislative staff with research. Fall Interns (paid) – Midwestern House Republican
A Midwestern conservative is currently seeking conservative internship applicants to start immediately for the fall. Interns will have an excellent opportunity to observe the inner workings of a Congressional office and assist staff with constituent services, communications, administrative tasks, and legislative research. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be highly organized and motivated, and possess a positive attitude. There is a $1,000 stipend, which will be paid upon completion of the internship. Fall Intern – Congressman Cory Gardner (R-CO)
Congressman Cory Gardner (R-CO) is seeking a part-time intern for the fall semester starting immediately. Interns will work closely with our legislative staff on a diverse number of tasks. Day-to-day activities include answering phones, staying up to date with floor proceedings, handling constituent mail, and conducting Capitol tours. Interns will also attend committee hearings, briefings, and markups. Summaries and notes from these briefings will be included in a monthly newsletter for the Congressman and the legislative staff. Applicants should be hard-working and motivated. Strong communication skills are a must. Colorado ties are preferred, but not required.
