Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand’s New York City Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in government and build leadership skills. This program is designed to mentor and cultivate today’s young leaders and prepare them for future public service opportunities. Interns will be placed in a number of departments of the Senator’s office including Constituent Affairs, Community Outreach, Press, and Operations.

Fall 2012 applicants will be admitted on a rolling basis. Interns can start full time in August and then move to a part time schedule at the start of the academic year.
