Incumbent will assist in the administration of the House of Representatives classified information security programs. Duties include educating Members and staff on the protocols and procedures of handling and storing classified information. Incumbent will serve as a liaison with the Intelligence Community and the Hill. Incumbent will assist the Director on the day-to-day management of the division and oversee all division activities and operations in the absence of the Director.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in the intelligence community or industrial security field. Knowledge of policies and procedures of the House of Representatives; strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work under pressure; ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in handling daily operations of the office in the absence of the Director. Must be able to lift 10 lb. bags of paper material for burn runs; must be tactful and courteous in dealing with Members, Congressional staff, and the general public; available to work long hours and at night when necessary.
