Legislative Assistant – New Jersey House Republican
Representative Scott Garrett is looking for a conservative junior Legislative Assistant to lead efforts on social and life issues and handle the following portfolio—defense/veterans, foreign affairs, homeland security, agriculture, science, telecommunications, and health care. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, work independently, be able to develop and advance creative ideas, and to work collaboratively with our press team. This is NOT an entry level position—successful candidates will have a minimum of several years of paid work experience.
