Staff Assistant – Southern California House Democrat

California Democratic office seeks friendly, motivated, flexible, punctual, and organized individual to handle front desk duties. Major responsibilities include: answering phones, opening and distributing mail, sorting emails, distributing faxes, greeting visitors, writing office meeting thank you notes, and coordinating tour and flag requests for constituents. Additional tasks inevitably required. Once the individual excels at primary responsibilities, the opportunity to handle a few legislative issues will become available.
