Republican member of Congress from Minnesota is seeking a Scheduler to organize and execute the Member’s schedule and coordinate administrative duties. Previous scheduling and/or Executive Assistant experience is desired, and Minnesota ties are a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: handling all scheduling requests, coordinating member and staff travel, ensuring the Member stays on schedule, handling Member’s personal correspondence, manage front office operations, assist in driving the Congressman to events (including mornings and evenings), receiving constituents and guest in the office, and various other office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate would be highly organized, a multi-tasker with good political judgment who will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, District Director and District Scheduler.
