Executive Assistant – Wisconsin House Democrat

Progressive Wisconsin Democrat Gwen Moore is accepting applications for an Executive Assistant.  In this role, candidates will manage and prepare the Member’s schedule, respond to scheduling requests, arrange the Member’s travel, drive and staff the Member at events.  Candidates will also prepare briefing and meeting materials; compose routine correspondence and memoranda; order/maintain office supplies for the office and coordinate equipment repair requests with facilities and/or outside vendors.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to work late hours on short notice are required for the position.  Wisconsin ties a plus.  Email a resume and one short writing sample to email hidden; JavaScript is required by COB on Monday December 12th; please no drop-ins or calls.
