Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) seeks bilingual, experienced communications director to handle busy press operation.  Responsibilities will include handling press inquiries for CHC; drafting press releases, media advisories, statements, website content and talking points; working closely with the staff of CHC members; attending Member and staff meetings; and, assisting Executive Director with legislative initiatives.

Candidates must be able to speak and write Spanish, have excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to quickly produce press material.  Capitol Hill experience and established relationships with members of the national press, particularly Spanish media, are a plus.  To apply, please send a cover letter, resume and two writing samples to email hidden; JavaScript is required.

Congressman Randy Neugebauer is seeking a Legislative Correspondent for his DC office. Ideal candidates will have Capitol Hill experience, a knowledge of the legislative process and Intranet Quorum (IQ), and a strong attention to detail. Strong writing skills are a must. Candidates must be flexible and creative, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed, and be able to work as a team player. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, creating mail reports and briefing the Representative on relevant policy developments. Texas ties are preferred but not required.
